Return & Exchange Policy

Return:
Marie is committed to the quality of its products and values the satisfaction of its clients.

We will gladly accept the return of unworn or defective merchandise with original tags and including all accessories that came in Marie’s packaging material.

  • The products return to us must be in good condition; washed , used or damaged garments would not be exchange.
  • Any delivery fees of the respective order are final and will not be refunded in any case.
  • For an international orders , Exchange Or Returns is not offered.

Exchange:
All products purchased from Marie’s can be exchanged within 7 working days of purchase only if,

  • The product(s) dose not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • The product(s) is faulty , damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    You must notify us within 2 – 3 days of delivery by calling @ +92-321-6137228 or +92-336-2191900 in case you want to raise a dispute. As our sales team look at each dispute and tries to do win – win situation.

It is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, If;

  • The product is damaged because of use.
  •  Anything is missing from the package including price tags , labels , original packing and accessories.
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time period.

Refund:
We have no policy for refunds.

  • Marie’s reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions regarding policy at any time.
  • Marie reserves the right of cancelling your order for unavailability of stock.
  • Items purchased on sale will not be exchanged
